Privacy Policy
Radarist is local-first by design. The software runs on your machine, and your knowledge graph stays with you. This policy explains the limited data involved in this website and the project.

Who we are
This website (radarist.ai) and the Radarist open-source project are operated by Radarist (“Radarist”, “we”, “us”), based in the European Union. For any privacy question, contact privacy@radarist.ai.
The short version
- The software is local-first. When you run Radarist on your own machine, your data — signals, entities, relations, reports — is stored locally under your control. We do not receive it.
- This website collects very little. It is a static informational site. We do not require accounts and do not sell personal data.
- You decide if you ever go beyond local. Any hosted or SaaS option is opt-in and would be governed by a separate agreement presented at that time.
Data this website processes
- Server / hosting logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to deliver the site securely. This is standard operational logging.
- Optional analytics. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they are configured to avoid storing personally identifying information where feasible. See the Cookie Policy.
- Direct contact. If you email us, we process the contents of your message to respond.
Data the software processes
Radarist is run by you, on infrastructure you control. The content you ingest and generate is processed locally according to your configuration. If you connect third-party AI providers (for example, model or search APIs) using your own keys, your usage of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours.
Legal bases & your rights
Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (operating a secure website) and consent (optional analytics). You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@radarist.ai.
Retention & sharing
We keep website and contact data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site, under appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
