Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the Radarist project materials. The Radarist software itself is licensed separately under its open-source license.

Last updated: June 2026

Template notice: this is a good-faith starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing radarist.ai (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Radarist, based in the European Union.

2. The software is open source

The Radarist software is provided under its open-source license (see the repository). Your use, modification, and distribution of the software are governed by that license, not by these Terms. These Terms apply to the Site and its informational content.

3. Prototype status & no warranty

Radarist is an early-stage prototype (current status: v0.1.0 — local-first prototype). The Site and project materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Outputs generated by AI systems may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon without independent verification.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no scraping that degrades service, and no unlawful use. Use of the software is further subject to our Responsible AI & Acceptable Use policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Radarist name, logo, and Site content are owned by Radarist, except where third-party or open-source materials are noted. The open-source license grants rights to the code; it does not grant rights to trademarks.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radarist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the project materials.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: legal@radarist.ai.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
